Sarah Villeneuve

Sarah Villeneuve has over 30 years of experience in hospitality industry consulting. Sarah is experienced in providing services such as market feasibility and repositioning studies, site selection, market and financial due diligence and franchise evaluation.

Over the last 18 years Sarah was responsible for managing and executing research, analysis and report publication. Notable properties for which she has conducted various analysis include Hyatt Regency Orlando, Diplomat Hotel & Resort (Hollywood, FL), Carolina Inn (Chapel Hill, NC), Westin Hotel & Conference Center (Wheeling, IL), Fisher Island Resort (Miami Beach, FL) and Nemacolin Woodlands (Farmington, PA).

Prior to hospitality consulting, Sarah was a Senior Associate with Gloodt Associates, a national real estate consulting firm with a hospitality specialty and based in Westmont, IL. In this role, she managed and conducted hotel appraisals, commercial land appraisals and hotel market feasibility studies. Major appraisals included Marriott Hotel New Orleans, Snowmass Lodge & Club, Fairmont Hotel Chicago, Quaker Square (mixed-use hotel/commercial adaptive re-use project) in Akron, OH and the Diplomat Hotel & Resort in Hollywood, FL

Prior to Gloodt Associates, Sarah was Senior Manager in the Chicago office of Pannell Kerr Forster, a national public accounting and consulting firm that specialized in, among others, the hospitality industry. As Senior Manager, she was responsible for overseeing assignments and staff consultants, advising clients, and serving as the lead consultant on projects.

Prior to entering the hospitality consulting industry, Sarah worked in the foodservice industry in hotels and restaurants in New Orleans, LA, Mackinac Island, MI, East Lansing MI, Detroit, MI, Punta Gorda, FL and Boca Raton, FL.

Sarah and her husband Tom have two sons, reside in Frederick, MD and are US citizens.
