THE PROJECT

  • Fairmont Ajman is a 5-star beachfront hotel in United Arab Emirates. It features 252 guest rooms and suites and 8 restaurants and lounges along with an infinity pool, kid’s club and pool.
  • Provision served as procurement consultants for FF&E and OS&E

THE CHALLENGE

  • Provision was tasked with procuring guest room linen for the property after receiving unclear brand specifications. This would have to be in accordance with the hotel’s star rating and end user expectations.
  • Guest room linen can account to 10% of the overall OS&E budgeted spend, making it vital to receive exacting specifications. This helps prevent budget overruns and increased costs.
  • Provision also had to ensure continual price stability for future reorders.

  • We partnered with an influential OEM linen, terry and feather manufacturer to negotiate the price for continued service and price stability.
